Dogs are trained as psychiatric service dogs for veterans/first responders who suffer from combat PTSD/job related PTSD. There is no cost to the veteran/first responder.
Our facility is located on over 13 acres in rural Davidson County, NC. We have expanded our service dog training program to include many more healing options for our veterans/first responders. This includes walking trails filled with benches/hammocks, fishing pond, woodwork shop and monthly family gatherings on the property. We believe healing the family unit is as important as healing the veteran/first responder.
