Dogs are trained as psychiatric service dogs for veterans who suffer from combat PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and/or TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). There is no cost to the veteran.
Our facility is located on over 13 acres in rural Davidson County, NC. We have expanded our service dog training program to include many more healing options for our veterans. This includes walking trails filled with benches/hammocks, fishing pond, woodwork shop, monthly family trips and monthly family gatherings on the property. We believe healing the family unit is as important as healing the veteran.
